Service Description

Experience a one on one, in-home stretch session with Mandi Headrick, stretch coach and ergonomics specialist. Each session comprises a comprehensive functional movement assessment, impairment analysis, myofascial release, posture training, ergonomic training, and a customized stretching program tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy
