Experience personalized, in-home stretch sessions for two individuals, one after the other, with Mandi Headrick, a dedicated stretch coach and ergonomics specialist. Each session includes a comprehensive functional movement assessment, impairment analysis, myofascial release, posture training, ergonomic training, and a customized stretching program tailored to both of your needs.
Cancellation Policy
