Membership Policy Overview - Home Stretch Seattle

Membership provides consistent care at a reduced monthly rate.
There is no contract or minimum commitment. Members may cancel anytime before their next billing date. If cancellation occurs after the auto-renewal process, that payment is non-refundable. Members are responsible for managing their subscription through their online portal.s.
 

1. Billing

  • Membership renews each month automatically on the original signup date.

  • Enrollment authorizes automatic monthly billing to the payment method on file.

  • Discounted rates apply only while membership is active.
     

2. Scheduling 

  • Sessions must be scheduled during the active billing month.

  • Appointments may be booked for any future date.

  • Once scheduled, appointments may be moved as needed.

  • If sessions are not scheduled before the billing cycle ends, that month’s credit expires.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance retain the session credit.

  • Same-day cancellations result in loss of that session credit.

  • Same-day rescheduling is permitted for a $50 rescheduling fee, with the session credit preserved.

  • I’d like clients to pay the $50 reschedule fee directly through their portal. Can you confirm that this feature is active and functioning?

 

4. Pause Option

  • No charge during the paused month

  • No new session credits issued
