Service Description

Experience person one on one, in-home stretch sessions with a dedicated stretch coach and ergonomics specialist. Each session comprises a comprehensive functional movement assessment, impairment analysis, myofascial release, posture training, ergonomic training, and a customized stretching program tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may not be eligible for reschedule. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.
